## Why have I used two jars on combination-oily, dehydrated skin?

Because I have combination-oily, dehydrated skin, I pay close attention to whether a cleanser leaves dryness or tightness afterward. I have used this product throughout all four seasons, and I found its finish comfortable: my skin felt moisturized and fresh, with less tightness after washing.

It has a soft balm texture that melts easily, so I gently massaged it over my skin. At times, I could feel tiny sebum granules while massaging, and after cleansing, my skin texture felt as though it had been smoothed.

## How did it remove heavy color makeup?

I tend to wear heavy color makeup, so cleansing power matters to me too. Lip makeup and eyeshadow came off while I massaged the balm, while eyeliner initially looked as though it remained. However, after rinsing with lukewarm water, it felt as though it disappeared without a trace.

It rinsed away without feeling as though residue was left behind, and it felt good to use even in the dry winter because it caused little tightness.

## How did I use it?

I used the included spatula to take an appropriate amount, massaged it over my face, then added water and massaged once more as it emulsified. Finally, I rinsed it off with lukewarm water.

## Can it be used with products from the same line?

I also use the foam cleanser from the same line. Following the cleansing balm with the foam cleanser worked well for me.
