The broth is simmered carefully with 12 ingredients and uses 100% domestic fresh noodles, apparently. Huge win. The yeolmu kimchi (young radish kimchi) you mix into the barley rice was insanely good!! No wonder so many tables were ordering the kalguksu. Next time I'm getting the kalguksu set for sure — noted! The restroom is shared with the rest of the Prugio arcade building. Men's and women's are separate, typical shared-facility vibe. Parking is at Prugio basement level 3, free for up to 2 hours.
