The wood-centered interior gave a premium first impression. But it didn’t feel stiff or like you had to be formal; it had just the right comfortable atmosphere for family, friends, or a gathering. There was actually a pre-wedding family meeting going on, haha. With two kinds of meat and one meal dish, it was exactly the right amount for two people. Ordering both the plain grilled and marinated versions also made it fun to compare them. A meal without rice just feels incomplete, right? Lol. Adding one made the middle of the meal satisfyingly hearty and spicy. ## The plentiful complimentary side dishes Before the meat arrived, the basic side dishes were laid out generously. I loved the variety of banchan (Korean side dishes): salad, potato salad, green-onion kimchi, salted seafood, young-radish kimchi, and more. Wow... look at that thickness...
