The tables face the stage so you can comfortably enjoy the jazz performance while eating. Along with the jazz performances, Flat Nine is apparently popular for its course meals too. I ordered the Classic Course (for 2) at ₩78,000. The difference between the Classic and Signature courses is the type of meat: the Signature Course has Korean beef 1++ strip loin steak, while the Classic Course has Jeju black pork tenderloin steak. ## What the Choi Myung-ji Trio set was like That day, Flat Nine had a performance by the Choi Myung-ji Trio. Choi Myung-ji's voice really sounded like an instrument — soulful yet clean, comfortable and lovely to listen to throughout. The welcome drink comes alcoholic or non-alcoholic. Lemon butter, shiso, and chervil made it fragrant and fresh. Root vegetable lovers, this is your spot. The sauce was subtle and sweet-and-sour with a hint of smokiness. It wasn't a salad, but it felt like eating one. It's cream-sauce based, so it's rich and smooth. There was plenty of ragu inside so it never felt lacking.
