I'd recommend checking out the video too! The sashimi rice bowl had a nice variety of raw fish and egg strips, which was great. And in front, there was handmade apple vinegar sauce. It also came with udon broth and shrimp tempura. Taking a bite of the shrimp tempura, the outside was really crispy and the inside was juicy — so good! The premium 12-piece assorted sushi had a great variety — salmon nigiri, eel nigiri, gizzard shad, tuna belly, and more — really nice! The udon portion was really large too — eating it alongside the sushi, you'd get super full! ### Premium 12-piece assorted sushi with jujube-aged soy sauce Let's try the premium assorted sushi from the value set. I'd recommend checking out the video too! Before eating the sushi, let's pour on some soy sauce. You can adjust how much to add for taste. I didn't pour all of it — I used about 3/4. Mixing the vinegar sauce into the rice bowl... > the tangy aroma of the vinegar sauce went really well with the raw fish, and the texture of the fish was really chewy, going nicely with the vegetables in the rice. Mixed together with the nutty flavor of the seaweed and sesame oil, I got to enjoy a nutty, tangy, chewy sashimi rice bowl. If you'd like to see the video of me mixing the rice bowl, check it out! When I go to a good restaurant, there's one thing I always do to say thanks: the empty-plate proof! The portions were so generous I ate my fill.
