It arrives as a neat spread with butter, soup, salad, salt, sauce, and wasabi. The thin coating was crisp outside, while the meat was juicy and tender inside—so delicious from the very first bite. Even the aroma of Isigny butter... perfect gyukatsu! ### Steki set meal This is a simple steki made with savory striploin and Ichigyu's special sauce, known for its fragrant garlic notes and tanginess. The steki was incredibly tender, full of juices, and the flavor of the meat really came through. A little salt and wasabi on top made it just right.
