After ordering, the clean, well-arranged side dishes and carefully made sauces were set out — the presentation alone stood out~ But the hidden star of this place was really the homemade kimchi at the self-serve bar! The moment I took a bite, I couldn't help but gasp — there was zero gamy smell, and it was packed with juices, moist and tender on a whole other level haha.
