The place that came to mind while searching for a good sandwich near Seoul Station was Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station. It is close to Seoul Station, so it is easy to get to, and being inside the Grand Central building made it easy to find as well. It is in a great spot for a quick meal at Seoul Station or for a sandwich before or after taking the KTX.
