It is a short walk from the subway station, so it is easy for Gangnam office workers to stop by after work on their commute home.

It did not have that noisy, hectic feeling of a huge factory-style salon. Because it runs by reservation, the whole visit felt calm and comfortable. 🫧

I spend my weekdays grinding away at work like a slave, so if I come to get my hair done and the place is too loud and chaotic, my enthusiasm just crumbles away...

## Welcome service and zero pressure to buy

As soon as I sat down, they brought a welcome drink, sweet mini yakgwa (Korean honey cookies), and bread, so I got to fill up even before the treatment!

Best of all, there was absolutely no pushy membership pitch or uncomfortable product upselling, which made it so relaxing.

Instead, they honestly recommended a styling tool that was exactly what my hair needed (I had been curious about it), so I went ahead and bought it with my own money right away—what can I say? 😉👍 They even shared all their secret-level self-styling tips, so I think doing my hair at home will be easier too.

## A one-on-one hair consultation instead of a perm

I had originally thought I would get a fresh perm for a little change of mood. But my hair was the definition of rough and dry... The ends would not comb through easily.

At another salon, they might have pushed ahead with the perm for an immediate sale. But not here.

After carefully assessing my hair, they honestly advised against getting a perm right away, saying it would put too much strain on it. Honestly, even better~

## A hair treatment before a perm

I have had that experience before. I had a perm with pretty curls from the back, but my hair was so damaged that the overall style did not look pretty.

I think that once silky hair becomes the first priority, ahead of a stylish perm or a gorgeous color, everything looks neater and prettier overall!

The person who did my hair that day was Designer Suzy! Her lovely smile, always bright without ever being overly intense or pressuring, really stood out to me.

Even as a major introvert, I was not nervous at all—she matched the atmosphere so perfectly that I could just relax. 🥰 We even took a photo together. It was my first experience like that in my life. Such a fun memory.

When I had my bangs cut somewhere else before, they were cut with no connection at all to the side sections, and it seriously stressed me out, you know? But Designer Suzy completely concealed the less flattering parts of my face shape

Then, after the cut, she finished with a blow-dry—and wow, this place is seriously a blow-dry gem... She completed it exactly the way I wanted, and I walked out feeling completely refreshed every time I looked in the mirror.
