We read through each menu description before deciding. My boyfriend went with the double cheese burger set, and I went with the Kang Min-kyung-recommended bacon cheese set. We didn't know that and ended up ordering two, haha. ### How the bacon cheese burger tastes The bacon cheese burger has a Hanwoo (Korean beef) patty with salty, smoky bacon and cheese. Since the patty is 100% Hanwoo made fresh every morning, it was really juicy, and the bacon is apparently handmade and aged for 100 hours. We cut both in half and shared. For my taste, the salty bacon cheese burger with a single Hanwoo patty was more to my liking, while my boyfriend preferred the double cheese burger for its rich meaty flavor from the two thick patties. Hanwoo patties made fresh every morning, bacon with rich smoky aroma, savory cheese, and even the buns — this was genuinely delicious handmade burger, the kind I hadn't had in a while.
