The whole place had this warm, photogenic vibe with plenty of spots to snap a picture. I saw neighborhood locals stopping by comfortably, as well as younger people visiting solo or with friends. What I found especially interesting was the croissant content by Thibault Guého, a YouTuber and former French model. He's known for a series called "Best Croissant in Seoul," where he visits various bakeries around Korea to taste and rate their croissants. It's content where he scores texture and flavor based on a French palate, so bread lovers have probably heard of it at least once. In that content, Stack Bakery reportedly scored a high 8.8, alongside places like Montage and Antique, which made me even more curious about the croissants. Apparently they're known for a crisp exterior, moist and layered interior, and a buttery flavor that's rich but not overwhelming!! The moment I bit in — crisp! The outer layers were alive and crackly while the inside was moist and soft, and the more I chewed, the more that nutty buttery flavor came through. The crispness, the nuttiness, the flavor — it all came together really well. Personally, this ranks among the best croissants I've ever had. No wonder it scored so high. This croissant deserves even over-the-top praise! If you love croissants, you really need to try this one. It even made me think that if I ever had to gift someone bread, I'd want to buy it here. Since it's a bit sweet, it went perfectly with the iced americano. One bite of bread, a sip of coffee, then another bite of bread. That combo just kept going. 😂 ## Wait, the coffee is actually good too? And here's a twist I didn't expect: the coffee. The plain croissant especially — highly recommend! Crisp outside, moist inside, with real buttery flavor coming through, croissant lovers should definitely try it.
