The place was seriously huge. As befits a pocha (casual Korean drinking spot), upbeat, nostalgic songs were blaring away, and there was plenty of room to walk around. It would be great with friends, of course, but the space also worked perfectly for a small party or a group company dinner. It also had retro vibes in abundance, so it was fun just looking around at the décor. How do they even find all these props that bring back that old-school feel~? You receive coins when you order food, and you can use those coins to play the claw machine!! Quite a few people were trying their luck here. Eulji Pocha had so much different stuff to do. It is a pocha, so it would be fine for a second or third stop, but there were also plenty of filling dishes that could make a proper meal. I was not expecting much, but it tasted pretty good. It made me think that even a more substantial meal dish from the menu would probably be tasty. (Or maybe it is just because I am a pig..) The broth was rich, and we ate it nice and warm. Oh, and there was nurungji (crispy scorched rice) in it, too!! That was the kick!! The cotton candy was cotton candy, but for some reason just watching it being made made me laugh hahaha. There were lots of food options, the interior was spacious enough for groups, they took song requests, and there was plenty to do inside the bar, haha, so it was a pocha that really stayed in my memory.
