I got excited and piled my plate high haha Black sesame lotus root salad, chonggak kimchi (young radish kimchi), deodeok (mountain root) salad, crunchy cucumber peppers, and refreshing seaweed soup are set out as basics, and you can freely take more from the self-serve bar. You can even scoop your own ingredients there to make a fresh bibimbap!
