After parking on basement level 1 in the Orange Building, we took the elevator up to the second floor and spotted the restaurant right away. ## A bright dining room in warm wood tones The upscale yet warm wood-toned mood was apparent from the entrance, and it put me in a good mood before I even went inside. As soon as we entered, the clean, orderly interior welcomed us. One bite brought back the familiar taste of the tteokbokki I used to buy at the stationery shop in front of my elementary school. I could see why it is called a standout spot for handmade hamburg steak in Siheung. The patty, made fresh every morning, was wonderfully tender and paired beautifully with the special hamburg steak sauce spooned over it. I gently cut into the sunny-side-up egg with its runny yolk, then took a spoonful of warm rice, meat, and sauce together. Its lightly spicy cream sauce cut through the richness typical of cream pasta, so we could enjoy it deliciously without getting tired of it until the last bite. The shrimp in the pasta were so plump and springy that their texture was excellent too.
