So good!! Can you tell from the photo how smooth and moist the wrapper looks? Eating it, the inside was moist all the way through — really satisfying. If you like dim sum, you'll probably love it from here on out. (This one this one this one — highly, highly recommend it!!!💓💓💓) The staff poured the sauce over the tangsuyuk, and I noticed the aroma was different from a typical tangsuyuk. As the butter melted into the warm tangsuyuk, the flavor came alive — the sweet sauce combined with the savory butter scent made this familiar dish feel completely new!! The meat was tender too, and it blended really well with the sauce, so it was one of the most memorable dishes of the course! Meat jjamppong — I don't even need to say it, it was deep and delicious. The thoroughly cooked potato mashed softly for great texture, and the jajang sauce itself wasn't intense, more on the mild side. If you prefer a milder jajang over an overly bold one, this would suit you well ☺️ Having dim sum and tangsuyuk earlier in the course and finishing with noodles made the meal more filling than expected — a satisfying Sinsa Station lunch. ## Is Samsin Garosu-gil worth it for a Sinsa Station lunch? Overall, the food was great, but the upscale space made Samsin, this Chinese restaurant near Sinsa Station, even more memorable! The xiaolongbao packed with broth, the buttered Tokyo tangsuyuk… 👍🏻 the Taean potato jajangmyeon with its chunky, soft potatoes paired well with the jajang sauce, and the meat jjamppong was delicious too — I left fully satisfied with the food. Especially since Samsin Course A is only 25,000 won per person, if you want an upscale Chinese course meal for lunch, I think I'd come back here.
