Kitto is a Japanese restaurant in Mapo, Seoul, serving low-temperature fried tonkatsu near Sangam DMC. The ₩20,000 special tenderloin cutlet, ₩15,000 sirloin cutlet, and ₩4,000 curry came with juicy meat, truffle sauce, and clear clam soup. Verdict: one of the most memorable tonkatsu meals I’ve had lately.
