(They said they can provide rice for a baby too if you ask—this really could not be a more perfect restaurant ㅠㅠ) What really moved us was that eating out is still a little difficult with such a young baby, but a staff member (they are so, so kind ㅠㅠ) thoughtfully gave us a seat with room for the stroller. First, I took a bite of raw minari and beef dipped in sesame oil and salted sauce, and wow... it was insane. At first I wondered, “You dip this in sesame oil?” But it was truly just amazing itself. The aroma of the sesame oil was unreal ㅠㅠㅠ..!! They actually sell this sesame oil at Jangwongap Kalguksu, and I heard it is mill-pressed sesame oil made in-house!! Time to try the noodles! Apparently, the noodles change through five different textures!! Even the uncooked noodle bundle looked completely chewy and springy!! Straight into the pot!!
