The staff moved super quickly and were really friendly. It's not just pre-seared — it comes out fully grilled. It was great dipped lightly in salt, and also amazing dunked fully in melljeot haha. My personal favorite combo, though, was wrapping the meat in green onion kimchi and myeongi namul with a little wasabi on top! ## The downside: waiting during Friday peak hours I visited during Friday peak hours and the place was completely packed.
