The egg soufflé rose up puffy over the earthenware bowl, topped with a generous heap of bonito flakes. It looked so different from the usual egg soufflé that I snapped a photo the moment it hit the table lol. A visual you just can't not photograph🤭🤭 Having warm egg soufflé between bites of meat added variety to the meal!
