The makguksu wasn't a skimpy free-item portion either — it was basically a full menu-sized serving, perfect to eat alongside the bossam 🫢 The bossam looked amazing from the start haha. It was tender and moist, so I ate it right away, and the meat was soft without being chewy — it just went down easily.
