On top of that, they say they use a Suyu-style fryer with fresh oil managed daily. My picky mom's satisfaction level: rising. ## The gyeongyangsik and cheddar cheese pork cutlet sets Onjeong Gyeongyang Sikdang's pork cutlets come out beautifully arranged on the table. Just looking at it you'd think it'd be way too rich, but somehow you keep going back for more — it's a magic menu item. Cutlets stuffed with mozzarella inside the meat tend to get too rich and I can't finish them, but this cheddar cheese cutlet?
