There were tons of noodle and rice dish options too. I don't usually eat jjachai, but this was actually tasty. The side dishes and seasoning weren't overdone, and felt just right alongside the meal. The seasoning wasn't overly sharp or spicy, so it was easy to mix everything together and eat without feeling weighed down. As everyone knows, since xiaolongbao are too hot to eat right away, the rule is to set one on a spoon, tear the wrapper slightly, and sip the broth pooled inside first. I took a sip of the broth — it was clean without being greasy, with a deep, rich meaty aroma that made it really refreshing and delicious.
