On a weekday evening visit, the Super Protein poke was ordered with a scallop topping added and all beans left out, and the bowl came with half an avocado and plump, chewy scallops. Actually the Super Protein already comes with avocado, raw salmon, and chicken breast, so it's delicious on its own, but I... wanted to eat really well so.... I even added scallops haha. Because they actually make the soup with real mushrooms.... that sounds a bit odd, but it's a mushroom soup where you genuinely chew on mushroom pieces!!!! It comes with salmon, avocado, shredded chicken breast, and vegetables! I don't like beans, so I asked for all types of beans to be left out~~~!!!!!!!!!!! The avocado was also nicely ripe and soft~~~ I think the real kick in poke is the fried onion flakes, and sure enough theirs were in great condition too haha. And now, the moment we've been waiting for: the scallops!!!!!! I'm so glad I added them~~~~~ The scallops were genuinely so good ㅠㅠㅠ.
