Three adults, visiting on a weekend with parents when most Yeouido spots were closed, ordered the small (2-person) giant clam hot pot with kkomak bibimbap (cockle rice bowl) and added kalguksu (knife-cut noodle) noodles, and even the small size arrived piled high enough to fill all three. For Yeouido, this counts as a pretty spacious place, and most seats are 4-person tables. The pot is set in the center of the table, and the owner comes back after a while to prep it for you personally. So you basically just get to sit back, chat, and wait — that's it! The moment the lid came off, I realized my worry had been completely unfounded, haha. Photos can't even capture the real size — the portion was massive. It felt like they'd bought a whole wholesale-market sack of mixed shellfish and just dumped it all in, lol. It's probably one of the most satisfying, filling meals I've had lately. Eating with my parents, we kept saying the same thing: > We definitely have to come back for dinner next time and have some soju~ The broth was refreshing and delicious enough to make you crave soju on its own. The blue crab inside was packed with meat too, so there was nothing to waste — every ingredient was quality.
