Of all of them, the homemade cold brew was by far my favorite. The first sip was refreshingly cool and genuinely clean-tasting, going down smoothly with no heaviness or excessive bitterness. Ordering also wasn't the usual kiosk system — instead, you fill out an order form with a pencil, and the finished coffee is brought to your table. It felt like a deliberate way of inviting guests to slow down and linger without rushing. Apparently every staff member measures the beans down to 0.1g when making coffee.
