I was so happy that pets are allowed indoors. The area is separated from other guests too, so it looked comfortable. Almost all the guests seemed to be having it. The stir-fried cuttlefish, our main dish, had a smoky wok aroma from the moment it arrived that got our mouths watering. You can choose the spice level too, so it seemed like everyone—from spice beginners to serious heat lovers—could enjoy it. The sauce was smoky and spicy too, and mixing it into rice was absolutely delicious! Once it starts boiling, remove the clam and mussel shells so it is easier to eat. Then add the kalguksu noodles and boil for 5 minutes—that is it! Since we were eating the other dishes, 5 minutes passed in no time. The broth was clean and light, so it went well with the other dishes. It was refreshingly savory with lots of shrimp and clams. The noodles were chewy too, so I would recommend it for kalguksu near Eulwangri as well. Last came the half-and-half pajeon! Can you see it stretching and spilling over...?! It had more cheese than any cheese pancake I have ever had. My husband said it was the kind of flavor that makes you crave makgeolli (Korean rice wine), but we had to drive, so sadly we held back. The pajeon was fried crisp, which gave it a lovely texture.
