Its moderate fattiness gave it a savory flavor, and it became more tender as I chewed. Mixing rice into the soup and topping it with a piece of meat was a pretty great combination. It was good with chives, and seasoning it with saeujeot (salted shrimp) gave it another flavor, so it was easy to enjoy according to your taste. With kimchi and kkakdugi (cubed radish kimchi) alongside, I finished the bowl in no time.
