A family of four shared the Olheun Pork Table set with cheol-dol doenjang jjigae (beef brisket soybean paste stew), and the set came loaded with beef tartare, a giant steamed egg, and myeol젓 fish sauce, plus a spacious group room. Tuna braised in soy sauce, it's so good, a little spicy~ and it's really tasty. And the geotjeori (fresh cabbage kimchi)! This comes out too🥹 certified good restaurant, boom boom boom! And once everything's grilled, they stack the meat into a tower on the griddle 🤣🤣 they're really good at stacking it Dip the meat lightly in the myeoljeot, top it with a piece of well-grilled garlic, add wasabi ssamjang, then a cheongyang chili on top,,, perfect. I'll give it a full score⭐️ ## Finishing with cheol-dol doenjang jjigae Can't resist the carbs at the end, right?! Doenjang jjigae with crab and beef brisket in it,,,!!!! Such a good stew.
