We went with Korean-style spicy ramen as a couple. Along with the ramen flavor, we could also choose the toppings, and we picked two soft-boiled eggs + standard chashu. Filled up on the tender chashu and soft-boiled eggs, then slurped down the thin noodles and broth! Plenty of bean sprouts too, cooling and a little sweet, with good texture.
