Suwolgyeonghwa, a café in Songjeong, Busan, sits on the 4th floor of a building on Songjeong Jungang-ro 6beon-gil, with a gorgeous view where you can see the wide Songjeong beach and even the beach train passing right in front of you. There's also a new goods shop tucked further in, where you can buy teabags too, which was convenient. Suwolgyeonghwa, a café in Songjeong, Busan, is especially famous for its tea, so I really recommend trying the tea here. All three of us ranked this our number one. It's a blend of chamomile and lemon, and it's almost like something between a drink and a tea — that's how rich and delicious it was. If you don't usually like tea but are tempted to order one just because it looks pretty, I recommend this one. ### Spring Ripple tea Spring Ripple. This is the one I ordered because it had the most floral scent when I smelled it — it seems to be brewed with green tea and flowers together. It also has a fruity note, so the fragrance is lovely. All three teas we ordered had a fairly strong fragrance, so they were all delicious, and honestly these are teas you can't easily find anywhere else — only at Suwolgyeonghwa, a café in Songjeong, Busan — so I really loved them. Also, they gave us a tea note for each tea, which was nice to read while drinking and also nice to take home as a keepsake! ### How to drink the tea at Suwolgyeonghwa As for how to drink it: the leaves on top are only for smelling — you're not supposed to eat them or put them into the tea. Everyone gasped at the visuals the moment they saw it, and honestly, the taste was just as good. It's a pretty visual no matter how many times you look at it. This one is genuinely, seriously sweet and delicious.
