Parking was super convenient right next to the café at the Sinbu 4 Public Parking Lot, and the first 30 minutes are free!! From the photos alone I had no idea it was right in the middle of downtown like this, but the black-toned exterior was exactly my style. Even on a weekday afternoon, Brewers Coffee Sinbu-dong had so many customers there was even a wait. Luckily a seat opened up right away for us, so we grabbed it before ordering. There were so many kinds of financiers and canelés that I spent a long while deciding what to get. The pistachio canelé stood out — crisp on the outside and moist inside — and the Nunettine and vanilla macadamia financiers each had a clearly different flavor, which made it fun to try one after another. They tasted freshly baked, true to the claim that the baked goods are made fresh every morning.
