The spicy squid salad wrapped in perilla leaves ᰔᩚ♡ᰔᩚ — full of tangy sauce and the fragrance of perilla leaves. A special jeon (Korean pan-fried dish) — perilla leaf pancake eaten together with well-grilled mushrooms ⊹ ࣪ ˖ And the tteokgalbi (grilled short rib patty) — they grill it almost like frying, and the juices inside are seriously no joke. I even took a video to show you..!! Hope it came through okay..!! Writing this post now and my mouth is watering 😂 The yukhoe (beef tartare) came out cut into perfect bite-sized pieces, so I just popped them in one at a time — not greasy at all, and the seasoning was just right. ## The mains — Wang Galbijjim, Boribulbi, and hot-pot rice And now, today's main dishes, drumroll..!! So good ㅠ The moment I tasted it I thought, oh this is definitely a rice-mixing situation. I had the camera in one hand and tongs in the other, tried pulling the meat off the bone, and it came off so easily. So good 🩷 And the boribulbi (dried yellow croaker) is seriously huge.. ⭐️ This one you have to eat on top of the crispy rice broth from the hot-pot rice.
