Parking can be a hassle around Bansong Market, but using the public lot made it easy to park and find the restaurant quickly. Being just 30 seconds from the lot, it's super easy to find haha. They also hand out a parking voucher after your meal. The seafood was so huge and varied that I briefly worried, 'how are we even going to pick through all this?' But the owner came over and, with skilled scissor work, cut and prepped every single piece for us! It's included in the Special Large, but it's also on the add-on menu, so you can order it separately if you'd like! The subtle aroma of the minari, combined with a spicy yet refreshing kick that really cleared out my stomach, was excellent. The tender brisket all went straight into my kid's mouth haha. No matter how full you are, skipping noodles in this golden seafood broth would be a crime, right? To finish, we ordered two extra servings of knife-cut noodles. As the noodles cooked in the richly reduced seafood stock, the broth turned slightly thick, and the smell alone was a work of art.
