I meant to grill each cut separately, but I wanted to taste everything at once, so I threw it all on the grill together! I was especially surprised by the pork neck, which I'd debated ordering — it was way thicker than expected and great quality. If you ask separately for oil, you can dip the garlic in oil and grill it right on the pan — we did that on our second order, and it's amazing wrapped in a bite of meat. I tried the galbisal with wasabi on top. One bite in and I immediately understood why this is the No. 1 galbisal spot in Yeonsinnae. There are so many great pork belly places around that I didn't expect much here, but this is genuinely a pork belly spot too, ugh. If you skip ordering pork belly just because it's known for galbi, you might really regret it!! You can't have BBQ without naengmyeon (cold noodles)! I'm usually a mul naengmyeon (cold noodle soup) person, but lately I've been into bibim (spicy mixed) more.
