We came for the yukhoe, but it turns out this place is also famous for its gomtang (beef bone soup). I gently mixed in the egg yolk. The yukhoe was so chewy and fresh it melted in my mouth!! I came because I was craving something raw, but I didn't expect it to be this good, haha. It pairs perfectly with the bibimbap. If the soup was this good, the gomtang must be amazing too?? Haha. We didn't need to ask since the initial amount was plenty. Somyeon noodles included A refreshingly cold hanwoo yukhoe mulhoe. It was so packed with yukhoe and vegetables that it was hard to even mix, haha. Truly insane value for money, wow. The yukhoe mulhoe comes with somyeon (thin wheat noodles) as standard. It had a completely different flavor from the plain yukhoe and the bibimbap. Even as a first try, it felt similar to regular mulhoe, so it was really tasty, haha. It's great with noodles, but mixing in rice was genuinely delicious too.
