I opened the box and ate it as soon as I got home. Because the red snow crab had been prepared, it was easy to pick out the meat, and the crab was nicely filled. The meat tasted savory and salty, with a sweetness to it.

I reheated the crab-shell fried rice before eating it. It contained rich crab innards, flying-fish roe, seaweed flakes, and sesame seeds, and I liked the popping texture of the roe.

I saved one red snow crab body and added it to ramyeon (instant noodles) with squid I had at home the next day. I did not take a photo of the noodles, but I used the leftover crab for another meal.
