That's how I found Young Coffee Jamsil Trizium! When I looked at the menu board, there were way more items than I expected hahaha. Not just the usual café drinks — they had sikppang (bread), bungeoppang (fish-shaped pastry), bingsu (shaved ice), even a cinema menu. But if you're driving, keep the parking in mind. There is a spot in front of the store, but it only fits about one car, so it's quite tight. At first glance, the exterior gave off a clear "this is a café!" feeling haha. It wasn't super flashy or unique, more of a clean, easy-to-walk-into standard café look. Really the textbook definition of a "clean café" haha. I was a little surprised when I saw the menu board hahaha. Usually a café's menu ends at coffee, ade, and tea, but here the range was way bigger than I expected. There were plenty of coffee types and drink options, but what really caught my eye was that they had sikppang, bungeoppang, bingsu, and even a cinema menu! I never expected to see bungeoppang and bingsu together on a café menu hahaha. Browsing the menu was fun in itself, so next time I'd like to try something I didn't order today. It's such a familiar menu item I'll skip describing the taste haha. What stuck with me more was the Cheongsong Apple Milk Tea. From the name I expected a strong apple-flavored milk tea, but it was more unique than I thought. It had a refreshing quality, like something brewed from a tea bag, and tasted a bit healthier and different from a typical milk tea lol. That's not to say it wasn't tasty — it was actually pretty good. The kind of drink where you keep thinking "wait, what flavor is this?" while sipping it haha. I expected a plain loaf of bread since it's called sikppang, but the texture was actually pretty great. Both the outside and inside had a chewy texture, and the chocolate melted inside gave it a fairly rich chocolate flavor too. The bread itself wasn't dry — it had that chewy texture I liked, and paired with the chocolate it went well with coffee or other drinks too. Personally, this bread was my favorite item that day haha. If you're looking for a café in Jamsil and want a simple dessert too, this is a solid option. ### Prices and overall impression 💰 Price-wise, I wouldn't call it "super cheap," but it felt like a slightly affordable café overall. Still, Young Coffee's biggest strength is clearly the sheer variety of the menu. You're not just drinking coffee — you can choose from snacks like sikppang and bungeoppang to bingsu, so there's fun in picking based on what you're craving that day. If, like us, you've just eaten and don't want just a drink, ordering a simple dessert alongside it works well here. ## To sum up This visit to Young Coffee Jamsil Trizium wasn't about a super special interior — the biggest appeal was being able to choose from a wide variety of menu items in a clean setting. I especially liked how big the menu was haha. This time we tried the a-syat-chu, Cheongsong Apple Milk Tea, and chocolate pastry sikppang, but next time I want to try other items too. Especially the cinema menu that caught my eye on the board lol — if I come back to Jamsil, I think I'll try the cinema menu next time.
