He said he had washed it and put in spray before coming, so they started with shampoo. It had grown much longer than before and needed some attention, and it had been quite a while since he’d had a perm! Maybe Rocco is super quick with their hands, because the cut finished much faster than I expected, and after I watched YouTube for a little while, the down perm was already underway hahaha. They even moved us comfortably so we could sit together and chat, and all the designers were so kind that it made us feel great! From the cut and perm to the finishing touches, it took exactly about an hour! My boyfriend is usually quite particular about his hair and tends to ask for this and that at the end, but that day he barely requested anything...!?
