Since it's the space of someone who's won all sorts of awards haha, I went in with huge expectations. Bread prices these days are so high it's hard to eat well, but at Tomoru Bakery, even the priciest items are only around ₩6,000! Most are between ₩3,000 and ₩5,000, which is great. Even the baguette, which looked almost twice the size of ones elsewhere haha, was only ₩5,000 — genuinely great value. Let me start from the top — this was my number one pick haha. You have to buy this one! As someone who's obsessed with myeongran, this bread was made for me. The salty flavor of the myeongran and the savory aroma of the green onion go together so, so well, and it's soft with a slight crunch that's so delicious. Even though Tomoru Bakery is a master pastry chef's shop, this size doesn't even cost ₩10,000. At other bakeries, almond tuile sells for a fortune. Still, I think this price is so, so reasonable haha. There are plenty of coconut chips piled on top, which maximizes the savory flavor. It's a bit embarrassing that I wrote 'recommend' for every single item, but honestly, everything was that good... maybe the ones I picked just happened to be extra delicious haha. But please try what I bought.. and especially the myeongran breads — they're truly delicious. You won't regret it. ## Is Tomoru Bakery in Songdo worth a visit? I've praised everything so much you might not believe me, but once you try it yourself, you'll understand why I couldn't stop haha. The prices were really, really good and everything tasted great, so I enjoyed it a lot. Honestly, if food isn't good even when it's a type you love, it puts you in a bad mood and makes you not want to go back — but with Tomoru Bakery, I felt none of that. Even though it's in Songdo, I definitely want to go again next time, which shows how well they make their bread haha.
