Today I'm introducing Low & Sweet Bakery, a café on Haeri-dan-gil I visited during my Haeundae bread tour haha. It's close to Haeundae Station too, so I stopped by for bread and coffee while wandering around Haeri-dan-gil!

Low & Sweet Bakery sits deep inside Haeri-dan-gil, and there are a lot of famous little shops nearby, so it was nice to browse around too haha.

Low & Sweet Bakery has both indoor seating and an outdoor terrace. Once you step inside, the natural light is great and the interior is so pretty!

Every table and chair is cute, and there's seating inside where you can sit and enjoy coffee and bread. There's also a terrace outside, which would be lovely to sit on on a nice-weather day haha.

Low & Sweet is also famous as an egg tart spot near Haeundae Station, so I was hoping to try one too. But the person right in front of me swept up all the egg tarts that were left…ㅠㅠ lol

In the end I didn't get to try the egg tart ㅜㅜ

So I walked out with an iced americano, canelé, and financier to go haha.

## How do the canelé and financier taste?

Low & Sweet Bakery's canelé (₩3,600) had a properly crackly outside and a moist inside. The financier had a strong buttery flavor too.

I missed out on the egg tart, but I love canelé too, so I tried it with high expectations haha. When I cut it in half, can you see the vanilla bean specks packed in there? The outside was properly crackly while the inside was moist and soft — genuinely delicious ㅠㅠ There are a lot of places selling canelé these days, but it's been a while since I found one this solidly crackly outside and moist inside, so I was so satisfied! The financier was rich with butter flavor and moist too, so good haha.

## Is Low & Sweet Bakery worth a stop on a Haeundae bread tour?

Low & Sweet Bakery was just right for pastries and coffee on Haeri-dan-gil! This time missing the egg tart right in front of me was the most disappointing part ㅠㅠ Next time I'll go a little earlier and make sure to try the egg tart first haha.
