The meat was fuller and sweeter than I expected. The owner stir-fried it personally, and the deep flavor of crab innards went well with the nutty seaweed flakes added generously. It was even better with pieces of red snow crab meat on top. I was satisfied with the red snow crab alone, but I was glad we added the fried rice.
