For the Wunder Gato you can choose the ice cream flavor from hojicha (roasted green tea), vanilla or a twist mix, and I went with familiar vanilla. But it turns out hojicha is the signature flavor! I found out later and was a little bummed :( Since it was my first visit I played it safe with vanilla, but next time I want to try the signature hojicha. I was halfway through thinking about ordering another one.. hehe After enjoying the ice cream, once it had melted a little, I stirred it into the espresso. Once the ice cream and coffee were evenly mixed, it tasted different from the first bites.
