Dipping the yuk-sashimi in the sauce, the spicy sauce paired with the texture of the beef really well, and the chewiness of the tripe was so satisfying too. The steamed egg was so soft!! Worang Myeongga does charge a separate table setting fee, but with side dishes this generous, honestly, thank you! I grilled the beautifully marbled meat over charcoal — it was great just dipped in salt, and just as good wrapped up with myeongi-namul and garlic. The tender beef's juiciness and chewiness were really good. ### Hanwoo ugeoji-tang with a bowl of rice I also tried the hanwoo ugeoji-tang (dried radish green soup) — after eating just meat, which can get a little rich, the spiciness of this soup cuts right through it.
