Mixed into the sweet-and-salty special sauce, it wasn't overpowering at all, just delicious. A tip for eating it even better! 🍯 Eat the perilla oil makguksu mixed at first, then once you've got some left, pour in the dongchimi broth and finish it like a water-based makguksu.
