It is a ssambap (rice with leafy wraps) restaurant called Simhaksan Deulkkot Ssambap (심학산 들꽃쌈밥), and I had once seen one of my favorite vlog YouTubers visit! I remembered them saying it was delicious too, so I came with my husband and daughter. ## Simhaksan Deulkkot Ssambap location, parking, and waiting Simhaksan Deulkkot Ssambap is in an area near Simhaksan where lots of popular restaurants are clustered. It looks like a converted house. I visited around 5 p.m. on a Sunday evening and got in without waiting. At ₩20,000 per person, the price felt reasonable! It includes jeyuk bokkeum (spicy stir-fried pork), ojingeo bokkeum (stir-fried squid), doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew), gang doenjang (thick soybean paste), and dolsotbap (stone-pot rice). The Flower set adds atka mackerel and mackerel. We polished it off as an appetizer in no time. They also gave us a separate anchovy side dish. The stone-pot rice came out too, and it was so wonderfully sticky~~~ We made nurungji (scorched rice) with it, and our baby ate that really well too. No need to even say it~~~ We made wraps and spread on the gang doenjang, and the gang doenjang here was seriously delicious ㅠㅠ It had a soybean-paste flavor unlike anywhere else I have tried??
