It sits right along the passage from Yeouido Station toward Exit 3 and IFC Mall, so it's easy to reach by subway and a great stop when you're heading to IFC Mall or The Hyundai Seoul. This Seoul tteokbokki chain started in Yongsan and runs only directly-operated branches, so the taste stays consistent — I really like this place. Today's Hyeonseonine Set comes with tteokbokki, fish cake broth, mini gimbap, house-made sundae, and mixed fried snacks — a plentiful portion even for one big eater, or enough for two. Soft wheat rice cakes in the sauce The Yeouido tteokbokki I love arrived — bright red, the Hyeonseonine Set. Hyeonseonine originally started out as a spicy tteokbokki restaurant, so you can choose your spice level when ordering; if you order spicy, it's really spicy, so I'd only recommend it if you can handle heat well.
