Since we had the baby with us, I searched beforehand to make sure they had a high chair. Thankfully, we got in right away without waiting. The main menu at Seorak Makguksu Chuncheon Dakgalbi Yeoju IC Branch is, of course, dakgalbi!!! It is charcoal-grilled dakgalbi, not the stir-fried kind cooked on an iron griddle. There are two flavors, spicy marinade and soy sauce, and since I wanted to try both, I ordered one serving of each. Dakgalbi is served pre-grilled after you order, so it takes about 5–10 minutes. So if you might order more, do it ahead of time so you do not interrupt the flow! The chicken already looked moist just sitting there. Grilling charcoal dakgalbi is hard work (especially the marinated kind!!!!), so having it come pre-grilled like this was truly the easiest and best. The rice cakes were so good that I considered ordering more, but Ppu gave all of theirs to me, so we did not order an extra portion, haha. Once everything is cooked, a staff member comes over and raises the grill like this. Ppu, who came with me, tried it and immediately said, Oh, this is good!!! I cut some up for the baby too, and the baby picked it up and ate it so well, haha.
