I get most excited right before I lie down on the bed... The therapist explained that this was like one-on-one personal training while lying down: the face is the only part of our body that cannot exercise itself, and just as consistent exercise changes your body first, repeated work on the facial muscles can improve how well the results hold and stay in place! The explanation fit so perfectly that it was easy to understand, haha. I also loved hearing that they would use plenty of the ampoules for today’s treatment, haha. First, they cleansed my face thoroughly! I had come straight over after applying only cream at home, but they cleaned everything up nicely. Even after cleansing alone, my skin already felt lighter and more moisturized? Time for contour care! The oil used in the treatment is a natural, high-concentration ampoule that helps the ingredients absorb well into the skin, apparently. Rather than simply pressing hard, they performed the lifting gently but precisely, taking the facial muscles and moisture lines into account. Before the treatment began and after one side was finished, they had me cup my face in my hands—like framing it with a flower?—so I could feel it myself. I could see that the nasolabial fold on the treated side had filled out?! And my cheek line and jawline felt much firmer, more snugly lifted upward, which was so fascinating!! Their fingertip technique was definitely something else! They generously applied ampoule and used a mask to soothe and replenish moisture for skin that may have been stimulated!
