I couldn't believe there was a place in Hongdae decked out so prettily like a campsite — since it was my first time seeing anything like it, I was amazed the moment I walked in!! Even though it's indoors, the camping atmosphere really comes through, so it genuinely felt like we'd gone camping. Since this was literally my first time camping ever, I was most worried about bugs hahaha, and I loved that at this indoor camping spot, you can enjoy the camping mood without worrying about bugs at all! And the biggest advantage of all: the weather has zero effect on you!! Whether it's raining, too hot, or freezing cold outside, you can enjoy a comfortable camping atmosphere no matter what. If you've ever wanted to go camping but held back because of weather or bug worries, this place is truly perfect for you. And the thing my friend loved most of all!! haha There's a separate smoking area!! Having a dedicated smoking area indoors meant she didn't have to step outside every time she wanted to smoke, which she said was super convenient! Not having to go outside in the middle of the camping experience was another big plus. At the seat we were shown to, we could also watch Netflix, which was perfect for watching movies or shows while camping. And honestly, the chairs were incredibly comfortable!! I expected them to be stiff like actual camping chairs, but they were much softer and cozier than I imagined, so I lost track of time just sitting there haha. The whole point of camping is the meat, right? haha There were a few things to know before using the space, so here they are for reference! - 📌 If you bring your own takeout food → basically, only the seat itself is provided! If you bring your own meat, you'll need to separately buy grill-pan rental and butane gas, though the burner itself is free to use. - 📌 Ordering delivery food → if you order food with free delivery, there's no extra charge! - 📌 After eating, you have to sort your own recycling and dispose of food waste yourself.
