So the texture was really unique, haha. The outside was crispy while the inside was moist — total crispy-outside-juicy-inside! The sauce was evenly coated on the noodles too, and it was neither too salty nor too sweet — the seasoning was just right. The springy noodles had a great chewy texture, and combined with the well-blended sauce, I kept reaching for more the moment I took a bite, haha.
